Hugh Jones


President and CEO
 Hugh Jones is President and Chief Executive Officer of Energy Masters. He spearheaded the development of several photovoltaic (PV) and wind mobile power systems for the Department of the Army during the 1980s and 1990s. These lightweight PV and wind powered units are designed to provide flexible, rapidly-deployable mobile power systems for the Army's tactical operations, in training areas and on the battlefield. Mr. Jones has championed PV and other renewable technologies, and has developed successful joint ventures with private industry partners for power platforms, ranging in power from watts to kilowatts. His initiatives and technical analyses of PV systems have advanced these green power platforms quickly through the feasibility and analysis phases of production, to safety certification and deployment by the US Army. These new renewable energy systems have provided numerous benefits to the Army such as reduced fuel consumption, reduced operations and maintenance costs, reduced fossil-fuel emissions and enhanced operational readiness. For his work, Mr. Jones received the 2003 Department of Energy award for renewable energy from then Secretary of Energy, the Honorable Spencer Abraham. Mr. Jones holds both US and foreign patents on several of his green technologies.

Tanya Jones


Vice President and CFO
 Tanya Jones is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Energy Masters. Coming from Eastern Europe, Tanya is also the company's eastern hemisphere representative for overseas operations. Tanya directs day to day corporate financial operations and provides structure to equipment procurement and materials purchasing. She also monitors price fluctuations in the market where Energy Masters obtains its copper, lead-acid batteries, solar cells, specialized wiring, data loggers, solar panels, aluminum and other additional aspects of the company's procurement operations. Tanya helps the company offer its clients the lowest price possible for these materials while maintaining high quality standards.

Robert Vanderhoof


Chief of Operations and R&D
 Bob is an expert in cutting-edge renewable energy technology. He has developed, built, and tested everything that comes out of the renewable energy machine shop. This includes the new D-REPS (Deployable Renewable Energy Powerstations) platforms that are currently in use on base at Fort Irwin, California. An electrician by trade, Bob is also an expert at explaining complicated technical jargon into language that is easy to understand. In addition to managing the day-to-day production of Energy Masters, Bob is also the head of Research and Development He is NYSERDA certified for photovoltaic (PV) installation and in data logging metrics.

Wayne Hertel


Chief of Systems Installation
 Wayne is the chief overseer of all systems installation and maintenance. He has extensive experience in installing renewable energy systems for the US military, US intelligence agencies, and for the private sector. When systems don't work optimally, Wayne is always able to not only fix the problem but fine-tune any system to work at peak efficiency. Because there are many types of renewable energy systems available, Wayne's motivation and experience installing PV systems is vital to getting the job done right and on time.

Frank Cayer


VP Sales and Business Development
 Frank is the Vice President and sales and business development and works out of the Washington, DC metropolitan area to leverage increasing government, state, local and international sales. A former Army officer, Frank has an innate sense for what troops in the field need in terms of both power and energy. Frank has extensive knowledge of which renewable systems work and those that do not. He is able to deliver the most appropriate renewable energy system to clients at home and abroad and price that is within budget.

Evan Jones


Webmaster and Accountant
 Evan has extensive experience in working with Energy Master's Worldwide LLC customer base from performing energy audits to web site development. Evan plays an indispensable role to Energy Masters Worldwide LLC in providing updated internet web-based capabilities and in the overall corporate accounting regimen. Evan also brings a wealth of knowledge of energy auditing procedures and rubric to Energy Masters Worldwide LLC Corporate well being.
